Great product,
Very simple to use and works well on our Aga hot plate. Only minor negative is that the plates can come apart unexpectedly, and can be awkward to put back together when hot. Non-stick surface means waffles are easy to get out and cleaning so far is very easy.

|Waffle machine,
I was not at all happy with this product. I bought it as a gift for somebody and not only did the box arrive completely battered but the handles were missing. I then returned the item to receive a refund and the refund took nearly a month!!
